  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
